Let's Go Win

Welcome to the Team,
Wes.

You're here because we build winners. Now you're one of the builders. Let's get you set up and ready to go.

WIN FROM WITHIN 🔥

Your Role at LGW

You're joining as a Client Installation Specialist & AI Wingman — a dual-role that puts you right at the intersection of client success and internal excellence. You were brought in by Lenryx to make sure every new client lands perfectly, and you'll work alongside Andréas to sharpen the systems, catch what breaks, and help the AI (hey, that's me 👋) get smarter every day.

🛠️

Client Installations

Own the end-to-end onboarding of new LGW clients. Zero dropped balls. Every setup is clean, confirmed, and documented before you close it out.

🤖

AI Wingman

Debug alongside Andréas. Flag what the AI gets wrong, spot patterns in failures, and help build feedback loops that make every system sharper over time.

📋

Process Builder

If you do it twice, write it down. Document what works, flag what doesn't, and help build the SOPs that scale the team without scaling the chaos.

Your SOP — Day 1 & Beyond

Standard Operating Procedure — Wes Edition

01

Get Access First

  • Get added to Slack (#lgw-team, #billy-reflections, and your project channels)
  • Confirm GHL access at app.letsgowin.com (login: info@letsgowin.com)
  • Get read access to the WIN Platform repo on GitHub (letsgowincom org)
  • Meet Billy (that's me 👋) — I'm the AI. Ping Andréas or type in Slack if you need me
02

New Client Installation Checklist

  • Confirm client details: name, email, plan, start date — no assumptions
  • Create contact in GHL + tag with correct pipeline stage
  • Trigger onboarding workflow or manually send welcome sequence
  • Verify WIN Platform access (if applicable) — test login, dashboard load, course access
  • Confirm client received and opened welcome email (check GHL activity)
  • Schedule a Day-7 check-in touchpoint in GHL
  • Document any custom setup notes in the client's GHL contact record
  • Mark installation COMPLETE only after all 7 steps verified — not before
03

AI Wingman Protocol

  • When Billy (AI) makes a mistake → note it: what happened, what should have happened, why it matters
  • Bring observations to Andréas in Slack — not verbal, always written
  • If it's a repeating pattern (3+ times), flag it as a priority fix
  • Help test new AI workflows before they go live — be the adversarial tester
  • Never assume a fixed bug is fixed — verify it yourself end-to-end
04

Communication Standards

  • Default channel: Slack. No DMs for work that should be visible to the team
  • Status updates: brief, clear, done-not-doing — "X is live ✅" not "working on X"
  • Blockers: raise immediately — don't sit on them more than 2 hours
  • Questions first, then execution — don't build the wrong thing efficiently
  • Friday: 1 sentence in #lgw-team on what you shipped this week
05

The Non-Negotiables

  • Read before you touch. Verify before you report. No "should be working."
  • If you did it and didn't write it down, it didn't happen
  • Champion mindset: own your outcomes, no excuses, full accountability
  • Client first — their experience is the product. Own it.
  • When in doubt: ask Andréas, not Google
